Photos issue - Live tile and Favorites

So I have a number of photos saved on my phone that I like to alternate in and out of my favorites list so they display on the live tile. However, the problem I'm having is that photos that I remove from favorites keep re-appearing in my favorites and showing up on the live tile. It seems that whenever I restart/reboot the phone this happens as well as other, random times. Has anyone else seen this issue and hopefully know how to resolve it? Thanks in advance.

Yes you have to unpin the tile from your start screen and pin it again and if that does not work change in settings > applications > photo+camera the picture to single , choose a picture and then set it back to favorites.

Well, I've done both of those and the problem has happened again. Grrrr.
