MSN News App not scrolling on Windows 8.1
The horizontal scroll/swipe on the home screen of my MSN News app has suddenly stopped working. Works fine in every other screen of the app and other MSN apps, and the News app on another laptop.
I've reinstalled it and while this fixes the problem initially, the issue returns when I next open it.
It appears as though the app isn't loading the separate hub sections beyond the main headline and big image. Tellingly, the "GET STARTED" section that you usually glimpse to the right doesn't load (but the Search button does). There's no horizontal scrollbar at the bottom as there should be when you move the mouse. Using the arrow keys doesn't work either.
Note this is on a Windows 8.1 laptop. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?
