Let's say I have a Windows Phone (Nokia Lumia 925), set up as a hotspot. If I connect a laptop to that hotspon called "Laptop1", then connect another laptop to it called "Laptop2", should "Laptop1" be able to connect over this network to "Laptop2"? So for example, if "Laptop1" is running a web server, will "Laptop2" be able to browse the website hosted on "Laptop1" via the IP address of "Laptop1"?

Essentially, can the Windows Phone Internet Sharing act as a router for all devices connected to it? Or can it only manage routing traffic between connected devices and the internet?

    thanks
