I'm new to Windows Phone. My phone OS version is 8.1 update 2. Interface - English, but I added support for Russian (sits second in the list of supported languages). However when using Music Player to play local mp3 files - Russian titles are not readable (unreadable characters). The same songs and artists are displayed correctly on my Windows desktop OS. I tried all I could think of to no avail. What should I do to display non-English song/album/artist titles correctly in Music Player?
