Why I can't find my phone from any browser?

The details are unclear. Do you have a screenshot of that said page, or a series of screenshots as to how you arrived at that page you're trying to describe?

Just a few moments ago, I was able to successfully "Find My Phone" through the windowsphone.com website. If you're logged into your account, simply hover your pointer on the drop down menu at the upper right corner of the page (under the search box) and click on "Find My Phone". You will be brought to a page where a list of your most recent and active devices is shown, along with some information about them including the last known location.

Of course, you should have the correct phone settings first. In your Windows Phone: Settings > find my phone > check the two boxes in there.
