Larger tiles for sight impaired?

Hi all, my wife has an eyesight impairment, is there a way to make the Windows phone tiles even larger, so one tile is horizontal across the whole width of the phone?

I searched in the Windows store and online, haven't found anything.

Seems like a good idea, the Windows phone tile system is easier to see anyway than Android/iPhone icons, but if there was a large tile option for sight impaired, that would be even better.

Any ideas on this? Thanks.

That would be perfect! I'm kind of surprised there isn't an optional setting in Windows phones for sight problems.

There are some setting.

Go to Settings < ease of access < High contrast ON
With this basically you do not have colors anymore (a single tile still has it) but everything becomes Black and White.

Go to Settings < ease of access < Screen Magnifier ON
With this you can enlarge "everything" but sometimes people enable this by accident and do not know how to "go back"

I hope this helps. And check out Narrator Use Narrator on my phone - Microsoft - Global
But also Narrator is a tricky one if you do not know how to switch it off.
