How to report bugs - This one specific to WindowsP8 Calendar app

Let me know where to post, otherwise:

WP8 has annoying calendar behaviour that basically has become uninvited spam. Due to syncing up old and new accounts I'm now often being told when its some random persons birthday (People I don't even know) and today its telling me tomorrow is Fathers day when in my country (NZ) Fathers day is in september.

I just need a calendar, not a spamfest, so is there anyway to bludgeon this app back to its default states without the needless phone spam?

Go to Calendar > overflow (three dots lower right {...}) > settings > choose what you want synced from each and every calendar you have aggregated

Pro Tip: Log into your individual accounts on a PC browser and clean up erroneous details like deleting old contacts, removing birthdays and choosing what appears on the calendar.

WP Calendar is simply tapping into what those accounts show.
