What can be wrong with the notification center?

Hello all
I have a lumia 1020, I replaced the screen today since the other was broken and it looks just fine, I have it with developers preview, latest version of the OS
My only problem is that when I swipe down I am unable the see the notification center, I already tried with a hard reset, installing Windows 10, rolling back and always the same issue, everything else is working just fine with the screen, but it is very annoying not being able to see the notifications, does anyone have any idea of what can I do about it?

Maybe the Win10 firmware does not want to recognize a non OEM LCD? Can you revert it to WP8.1 and see if you still have this issue?

I revert it already, same issue
