Why won't my People App in Windows 8.1 open, crashes after splash?

My People App in Windows 8.1 Won't Open, crashes after splash

Recently my Win 8.1 People Hub opens into the splash and then disappears. I've got all of the latest updates and it does it on two different computers so it is either the latest update or some account content problem. Anyone else experiencing this?

Tried a soft reset? (press power and volume down simultaneously for around 15seconds until it vibrates). Also check if your MS email is synching properly.
