Why are my WP8.1 system files suddenly too large?

wp8.1 system files suddenly are too large.

My phone is Nokia Lumia 630 with WP 8.1 and developer unlocked. Today morning my system files were about 3.5 GB but at the end of day they are 5gb . I don't install any app in this time and my storage is just gone. Help cuz I want to install an app but doesn't have space.
I have tried soft reset but no help.

I also faced that issue but soft reset helped me......do it again.but anyway try to clean your browsers history, cache, cookies etc.
Also you can select storage sense in settings ,select phone storage ,then select temporary files and then delete wait a while and some space will be free after that.... ..

Ok. I found the solution. Soft reset just doesn't work for me. I have to do a hard reset and out fixed the problem
