Updating firmware

How do I Download my phone update via mobile data and not Wi-Fi. I have 3G.

You need Wi-Fi for downloading firmware updates so you can not use data (this will change in W10).
But there is work around but then you need another phone. Place your SIM car in the other phone and create ad hoc network and connect your phone to this wifi. Now you can download the firmware update but be aware that the 3G should be stable otherwise the download may fail.
