how long does a back up take?

I tried to update my stuff (layout, app, setting, etc) today. It just took 15mins and it stuck at 19%. Is it noraml? I have about 100apps.

Is there any other way to back up my stuff? Thanks dude.

Did you mean you just tried to "backup", not "update" your stuff? :wink:

Well, that depends on a lot of things: 1) the number of apps installed (since you've got about 100 apps, I'd say 15 minutes at 19% is expected) and 2) the internet speed/connection - naturally the slower the internet speed, the longer it will take; but having faster internet speeds doesn't always guarantee faster backup speeds since at higher internet speeds the limiting factor would be how fast the device can create the backup files instead of how fast those files can be uploaded.

It seems that this is the only way to backup your layout, apps, settings, etc. But for your personal files, photos, documents, etc... you can connect your phone to your PC and simply copy them from your phone to your PC.
