Capacitive key not working

Having Lumia 520 .once I reset divice then its key(back,home ,search)not working help someone

Pull the battery out for about thirty seconds and restart phone. When you say reset, did you perform a hard reset or soft reset? Have you upgraded the OS recently?

Can u told this is software problem or hardware problem.
