Hi there, notes and todo Apps are legion. But when you want to access those, you first need to unlock your phone and navigate to the home screen or even worse: search an App and load it.
With my little (free) WP8.1 App "A short notification" it becomes way easier. Once you've written your note, it will appear in the notification center of your Smartphone. You only need to swipe your finger down from the top of your phone to display the note, beside all other relevant App information like Mails, SMS etc. The notes are saved in the app and can be re-sent at will. No one can now say "oh I forgot about that one" when it is displayed in this place that is checked fairly regularly.
