My phone tile says "Phone off" after reinstall with WP8.1!?

Hi,
I reinstalled my Lumia 930 recently after testing Windows Mobile 10 for a couple of weeks. Everything is back to normal again, except that the phone tile on the start screen says "Phone off"! The phone works and I can make and receive calls but still the tile says "Phone off".
Any suggestions are highly appreciated :^)

Have you checked the apps list for another phone icon?
If so, try pinning that to the start screen.

Thank you soo much!!! This did it. I would have never though of looking in my app list for a second phone app. You were right, there were two phones. I tried pinning the other one to start and presto Back to normal.
