How can I fix a keyboard problem in WP8?

Hello,

I have a WP8 (Prestigio 8400duo). When i switch to Lithuanian keyboard to write text, some Lithuanian letters are missing. How to solve this problem?

Do they appear if you press and hold the base letter (without the modifier)?
