I've been unable to get Hey Cortana working on Windows Phone 8.1 since the released of 8.1. I was informed that I must backup my Phone to an SD card, or to One Drive, followed by formatting the phone, then re-install my back up. Even though this is for Windows10 mobile; I thought I'd give it a try, unfortunately it is only for Windows10 Phone as it didn't fix my problem.
I guess I need an SD card and format my phone :angry:
