why after i did factory reset i can.t start all settings
before i was update mi phone lumia 640 xl to windows 10
then i did factory reset then it turn back to windows 8.1
now after i started mi phone i dont see any apps nothing no app store no internet explorer nothing wean i tray to start all settings icon then it says

when i press yes nothing happens i really need help fast
