I sold a phone to a buyer, and forgot to take the account off that I use to test software, enroll in insider, etc.
The buyer says he is trying to update software, but it won't let him, as it asks for my p/w. I don't remember ever being asked for a p/w when updating.
Anyways, I told him to just delete that account but he says it won't let him. I do see the device under my devices in my MS account. It looks as if I remove the phone, it says it will have to be hard reset prior to using it again.
So - how can I help this guy remove that account w/o hard reset, or is that the only option?
