Blocked numbers malfunction

I'm running Denim on a Lumia 830. For the last week, when I try and manage my blocked numbers, I get the message "that didn't work, though it's not clear why. Try it again". It's very annoying because I have a number that I want to UNblock. So basically, I'll never be able to get a text or phone call from that number again. How awesome.

After a hard reset, "blocked messages" seems to no longer exist as an option. And it just gets awesomer.
