Stuck in PFD. How to update to stable build?

Windows Phone 8.10.14219.341 (Cyan PFD) is currently installed on my device, but I'd like to update to Denim. I already un-enrolled from PFD program but still I can't get updates. I heard that Cyan is 8.10.12393.890 and Denim is 8.10.14226.359, so I'm stuck between them and don't know how to get out.

I found the following info for my phone, country and carrier:
OS version: 8.10.14219.341 Firmware: 3058.50000.1440.0003
The OS version is ok, but my firmware is 3058.50000.1440.0001... it looks like I am running denim but my phone is still showing "Lumia Cyan"
