error code c101b000 in windows store

I am not able to download or update any of the apps. Everytime i get the above mentioned error code.

I got the same issue for few days already, i try everything that i can find on internet, even soft/hard reset nothing works, can any1 help?!
i got lumia 640xl win8 using wifi connection, internet works fine browsing and apps.

Since many are having the same problem why not wait till MS fixes the problem instead of messing with the phone.

The problem is it's not always apparent how wide spread it is until one has tried messing with their device in an attempt to resolve. Microsoft needs to step up their game to prevent such from happening, period... I personally have experienced similar on W10M far too many times and I rarely use the dang things.
