    When you enter a new task or new appointment, there is a dropdown list on the subject line with items such as; Call, Meeting, Work on, Buy, etc.

    Does anyone know how to add or delete items from these lists?

    Using WM 6.1 on a Treo Pro, but I think the question/solution would be universal for all WM devices.

    you could create categories...wouldn't be a drop down tho

    I have Franklin Covey Plan Plus for Outlook which is an Outlook plug in it comes with a version of Pocket Informant. I don't get that box. I would think it might be in settings or programs or options in the desktop. I will look in my treo pro user manual and see if I come up with something.
