Can I get banned for this in GTA Online?

I'm playing on PC and I don't use mods or cheats. Today on Online a Hacker was dropped a lot of money bags around me, and I was ran away from the hacker because I don't need dirty money. But I run run run and where I ran the guy followed me and he dropped bags. So I got 5,000,000 (5 million) dollars. Can I get banned for this? I don't use mods or hacks and I don't asked him for this. I'm really scared now.

Also, I saw a story where this guy was in the same situation so he transferred the "drug" money to another character, and deleted the character because he didn't need the money/didn't want to risk anything. (basically GTA money laundering)

GTA is all about earnings money it doesn't matter how.

More unethical work you do means the better player you are..
It means you are in total character.

So why should they ban you instead they should ban who are playing ethically.

Something similar to this actually happened to me today. I ended up with 3 million dollars in dirty money. I did a bit of research and I figure that as long as you spend it you're in safe waters. I've now got a new T20!
