Why is that I can run skrim elder scrolls in medium - high graphics but FIFA lags on 30fps with graphics on low-medium.. Is FIFA a harder to run game? I have an average laptop and im new to PC gaming.. Any thought on how to improve FIFA 13 gameplay?

So many factors could be at play. Different game engines, software optimizations etc. Look at similar systems running the same game to determine how your system is performing.

You should be able to run fifa fine if this (AMD Radeon™ HD 7520G + HD 7670M Dual Graphics with 1GB gDDR3 Graphic Memory (PowerExpress)) is indeed thegraphics card you have.

Is your Fifa up to date?

Please confirm the graphics card your laptop has in device manager.

Yes that is the one. And FIFA is torrented not from the disk or anything. Maybe that's the reason?
