fifa 14 xbox 360

Not sure if anyone can help, bought fifa 14 for my boys, we have 3 wireless controllers and i,m trying to work out how i can get 3 player or two player mode so they can play each other?

You have to play a kick off, and make sure all the controllers are connected, and then they choose the side to be on. 2 player FIFA is better, as 3 and 4 makes it so another person is playing on your team.
