I have low spec custom built PC and I am a high school student with little money to spend on upgrades .Here are my specs
-Asus GTX 650 1GB
-Intel i3,Hasswell 3.6 ghz
-4gb ddr3 ram 1600mhz
-750GB HHD 7200rpm
-Windows 8.1 Enterprise
Would it be worth upgrade from a 650 to a 750 or 750ti.I would like to run GTA5 in 1080p with decent textures if possible .

GTA 5 should run pretty well on your laptop given that GTA 5 is well optimized for PC, because GTA 4 was a train wreck, a lot of the same can be said for Watch Dogs.

I have a Core i5 337U @ 1.8 GHz, Nvidia 740M 1 GB, 4 GB RAM and a 1366 x 768 resolution laptop, I don't care for 1080p that much.

There are dozens of sites where you can check whether your PC meets the expected requirements for GTA 5.

How can you possibly know how well optimized GTA 5 is for the PC if it isn't even out yet?

The GTX 650 isn't bad. I wouldn't anticipate an issue playing the game with that and I don't know that a 750 would really be worthwhile unless you got a 2GB card. I would be more concerned about the system RAM though; 4 GB is a bit low for today's gaming standards. I always recommend a minimum 8 GB in any system. I would expect that to be part of the recommended system requirements whenever they publish them.

The requirements for GTA V aren't out yet, you should wait for them them before thinking in an upgrade. Anyway I think that with that PC you should be able to run it a Minimum or low settings.
