If WP 8.1 Update 2/W10M support Bluetooth HID, shouldn't all game controllers work?

I see that only the MOGA controllers work (well my pocket version doesn't work [got it free but just shipping it was a deal]). Recently I got a Phonejoy gamepad (won it in a contest) but that doesn't seem to work either. The only Bluetooth devices that work for me on my HTC M8 are Bluetooth keyboards. I know with my MOGA pocket it keeps disconnecting. I tried all the tricks but it never works for me. My Phonejoy gamepad actually stays connected but it still doesn't work. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks!

I'm curious about this as well. If true HID Bluetooth gamepad support is only capable on a handfull of Windows devices, I'd like to know which ones.
