The Jitterbug is a basic cellphone designed for people who aren't familiar with basic cellphones and smartphones. It features simple features such as larger fonts a big dial er and a bigger display of contact information. When I compared the simplicity of a jitterbug to a windows phone I found out that windows phones are more simple than jitterbugs. You might want someone to help you set up the phone but once through that process windows phones can be much more easier to use.

Bigger dialer- Have you ever noticed the dial pad on the windows phone the numbers are actually huge even bigger than the ones on jitterbug.
Contact access- You can pin all your contacts to your start screen, Medium and Large tile sizes display your contact name and pictures even bigger than on jitterbug, and if you fill your start screen with just contacts you should be able to always find your contacts.
Windows phone 7.8 as well as 7.5 also compete in simplicity with jitterbug, so if you have an old windows phone laying around the house why not give it to a friend or family member who struggles to use their cellphone for calling.
