Samsung Ativ s loose back cover

I Have Samsung Ativ S for a 1month and the right top corner of my battery cover is little bit loose (8.0Mega - logo area). It give you feeling of low quality build phone which cost >400euros...
Does everybody have that feeling or it's just me?
Previous a had 3 years old HTC HD2 and that was phone solid as a rock compere to the Samsungs ...

No problems with mine, it sometimes was an adjustment to get used to since its so flexible. Try puling it off and re seating it a couple times, it shouldn't feel loose. If the problems still there after, contact your carrier or Samsung directly, they should take care of your issue.
