Frozen Spinning wheel

Hi,
my phone had to install some update and since I have a frozen spinning wheel since a few days. I have no idea what to do. I powered off and on and every time I have the WP blue logo, then the Samsung Logo and again the spinning wheel.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Try soft resetting first: press lower volume key and the power key at the same time and hold, till it vibrates and you see the logo.

If that still doesn't work, press lower volume key + power key + camera key and hold, till you see the logo.

If none of that works, sorry dude, you gotta contact where you got your phone from. Or Samsung may be?
