Well I don't know too much about this or AT&T's network. I'm a Verizon guy. But the spec's on that link say:

Newegg.com - Samsung Ativ S I8750 Gray 3G Dual-Core 1.5GHz 16GB Unlocked Cell Phone
I think this is the European model. The Canadian/North American Model is SGH-T899M, versus the I8750 shown above. Here's a link to the SGH-T899M, and its networking capabilities are listed below: https://www.tekshop.ca/Samsung-T899-Ativ-S-p/smg-t899-850-gry.htm

2G Network GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
3G Network HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100
4G Network LTE 700 / 1700 / 850 / 1900

Canadian T899/M only has LTE band 4. Many sites are confused as to which bands it has. I have personally tested one on AT&T and it did NOT connect to LTE band 17 which is what AT&T uses in my area (Minneapolis). Did not connect to LTE in Los Angeles or San Diego, either. So I'm sure it has only LTE band 4. I think AT&T may use that in a few areas but the majority of their LTE network is band 17.
No ATIV S is fully compatible with AT&T 4G. Both work on AT&T 3G and 2G.

The T899M though is 100% compatible with T-Mobile 2G,3G,and 4G.

Thanks, Peter. I'm trying to get more clarification, but the packaging on my device only tells me "A band LTE AWS networks." I'm not sure how that translates with numerical bands.
