which one is best for internet sharing / hotspot use on t-moble "pay as you go" network in north florida south georgia area?

Is it best for me to buy an unbranded factory unlocked phone or a branded unlocked phone or does it really matter?

If you want LTE on T-Mobile you need the 899 version. Also, it uses a micro sim.

I can't say for sure as I don't use T Mobile, however from a technical perspective I don't see a reason on why it should be a problem. As for your 2nd question I would be inclined to get the 2nd option if it is available.
