    I have a Samsung ativ s.. For the past 2 months or so I have not been able to download or update apps!
    I kept leaving it thinking it will just work one day and now I'm fed up!

    Wen I try it just says

    There is a problem completing your request try again later,
    I looked at the Samsung ativ trouble shoot section on windows website and the instructions don't even make sense!

    It said go to settings then app settings and go to google store then it tells to follow other instructions
    But when I go to store settings, the only option is to set up a PIN number!

    I'm going crazy now! Any one know what to do?!

    You cannot use Google Play Store on a Samsung ATIV S (or any other Windows Phone). Google Play Store is for Android devices only.

    I had this on my Lumia 822 where the live tiles wouldn't refresh either.

    A hard reset (factory reset) did the trick for me, but I can imagine you might be hesitant.
