AT&T GoPhone.

I had a similar problem on my i8750 on O2-UK Pay & Go. I had to enter the APNs manually through Mobile+SIM, Cellular+SIM for you Americans. I did find some supposed AT&T GoPhone settings:

For Windows Phone 8.1 Manual setup:
In the App list Click Settings
Tap Cellular+SIM

Delete any existing APN Settings..

Tap SIM Settings
Tap SIM Name and type in AT&T GoPhone
Tap "Add Internet APN"
Tap APN and type in wap.cingular
Tap Username and type in WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
Tap Password and type in CINGULAR1
Tap Save

Tap "Add MMS APN"
Tap APN an type in wap.cingular
Tap Username and type in WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
Tap Password and type in CINGULAR1
Tap WAP gateway (URL) and type in wireless.cingular.com
Tap WAP gateway port and type in 80
Tap MMSC (URL) and type in http://mmsc.cingular.com
Tap MMSC Port and type in
Tap Max MMS Size and type in
Tap IP Type and select: IPv4v6
Tap Save

See if those work, you may need to restart your phone after entering them.

So glad you posted. Knew you had the same problem initially and fixed it but forgot which thread it was in. Hope this works for Tony_Offends_U. Unlike you, I'm not good at explaining how I do things.

Np, glad I could help

My guess is that the Samsung APN settings will change and just provide a list of APN settings that will add the one you choose to the Mobile+SIM settings.

MMS is half broken, I can send but not receive. Internet Sharing is also broken and that's huge for me. I'm loving this Neo more than the Lumia so I'll wait for the official release. Fingers crossed.

AIO/Cricket. I downloaded the "APN" app/setting, deleted all existing APNs, rebooted, entered the new information, saved and rebooted. Nothing changed, send MMS is working but not receiving and Connection Not Shared pops up on Internet Sharing. My settings are:

APN: ndo (Internet & MMS)
MMSC URL: http://mmsc.aiowireless.net
MMS Proxy: proxy.aiowireless.net
MMS Port: 80
APN Type: Ipv4v6
Max Size: 1024

Keep MMSC port and MMS size blank?
