my data got wiped from my sd card

all of my music and photos got wiped away, but the apps didnt got wiped, anyone knows why this happend? its the second time already T_T

Did you do a factory reset before this happened?I ask this as there is a check box that asks if you would like to wipe the SD Card as well.

Happened to me couple of weeks ago, the SD card is NOT damaged. I don't know why this happens, it's really frustrating :/
And the problem is there's no way to restore anything...
