No upgrade to 8.1 for my Ativ s

Hello,
I am Italian. I'm sorry for my english. I have a Ativ S from France and I have not received the update to Windows 8.1. My wife has one that comes from the German market and has received for months along with a subsequent update. I have installed in my Smartphone Diagnosis version Odyssey_121205. But it does not allow me to change the CSC. How can I do to resolve the issue and get the update?

The problem is that my Odyssey version does not make me see versions CSC. Can I install a newer version of Odyssey. There is a step by step to read? I hope that you understand my english.

Use ##634# to install Diagnosis (Odyssey_121205 is Diagnosis) then use *#321647335 or *#78*598031 to open CSC Converter
If you can't open CSC Converter with this method you can hard reset and try again, other people succeed to change CSC after a hard reset.
if you still can't change CSC you have 2 options:
- flash your phone with another firmware and CSC
- update to 8.1.2 by guide
p.s. you don't tell us which firmware you have and if you are on PfD or Insider program

I have made an hard reset. Now I see the CSC. The display is written Csc Version I8750OXACMJ1
Current CSC: XEF I can change it to ATO, BTU, DBT, ITV and XEO. What can I do?

csc XEF = France
ATO = Austria
BTU = Great Britian
DBT = Germany
ITV = Italy
XEO = Poland (I am not sure)

I am not sure about ITV, but ATO, BTU and DBT are confirmed to update the phone.
You can change it to one of those three. But in your case DBT suits you, cause your wife is also on this csc.

I have change in ato (Austria). It seems to be the nation that first receives updates. Now It seems that face all updates .
