So, AT&T released 7.8 for the Focus 2. My girlfriend was happy to know she had an "official" way to update.
However, since she's updated, she'll randomly lose her data connection, despite the phone saying she has one. She'll use the built-in Facebook chat to send me a message, and while my phone will ding, I won't find her message anywhere on my device.
Rebooting will sometimes fix it, but not always. I assume a hard reset might help but if it doesn't... then what?
