Battery Life - Focus Flash

Well I bought the phone yesterday and so far I am quite impressed.....

Off the charger at 5 AM this morning, 13 hours later I have 63% battery left which is amazing next to my last phone the Samsung Captivate.

During the course of the day I did the following and had the following settings....

-2 email accounts set to sync every 30 minutes. sent about 15 emails.
- Browsed the web for about an hour.
- Sent about a dozen texts.
- Took 4 photos.
- Battery saver off.
- Downloaded about 15 apps and snooped around the market for about an hour.
- Brightness is on Medium and auto adjust.
- 5 live tiles are pinned
- Bluetooth for about 3 hours.
- Screen time out at 30 seconds.
- Location is off.
- Turned off 4G cellular and turned on wifi for about 4 hours of the day.
- Made 5 phone calls about 10 minutes per call.

That's great. Mine is nothing near that.

Today I tried a couple different things, took it off the charger 18 hours ago...

- 3 email accounts set to sync every 15 minutes. sent about 4 emails.
- Browsed the web for about 2 hours.
- Sent about 3 texts.
- Took 12 photos two 12 second videos, uploaded 5 photos to facebook.
- Battery saver off.
- Downloaded about 3 apps and snooped around the market for about an hour.
- Brightness is on Medium and auto adjust.
- 6 live tiles are pinned
- Bluetooth for about 1 hours.
- Screen time out at 30 seconds.
- Location is on.
- Turned on 4G all day.
- Made 7 phone calls about 10 minutes per call.

After 18 hours I have 40% power left on the battery. I love this freakin phone!!

usage has varied but so far so good.

Still testing out the battery, this will be my last day of testing so after this I know that I don't have to worry about a battery ever again like I used to have to do with my old android phone...

- 4G all day, no wifi.
- 3 email accounts set to sync as email arrives.
- Battery saver off.
- Brightness is on Medium and auto adjust.
- 6 live tiles are pinned
- Screen time out at 30 seconds.
- Location is on.
- Connect to Xbox is off.
- Bluetooth on for about 30 minutes.
- Played some game where you sling frogs for about 30 minutes...quite entertaining!

8 hours off charger and have 65% power left....life is good!

I'm getting those figures as well... Im VERY impressed with the focus flash. I had a lumia 800, but dumped it due to VERY MUCH WORSE battery life.....
