haypi kingdom causing Samsung Focus to Re Boot

I was playing for about 30 minutes and the phone re started, I noticed that the battery was a bit low, when I plugged the phone in it re started again...

Anyone else having this issue?

Update: After I plugged the phone into the charger, I decided to run another test.. Began watching a movie on Netflix, all was fine for the first 30 minutes, then my finger brushed up against the power cord at the phone end "very lightly" and I heard static and the phone re booted again. Since i've had this phone less than a week, I'll be returning it to the ATT store and getting a new Focus, hopefully this will all work out.
