Need provxml help

I saw an awesome writeup on how to get MMS settings into this phone with provxml file for straight talk.
(tried the "Network Profile" app and its useless just gives me 1 choice ATT)
I have Iwireless (iowa) and Im not sure how to make one of these provxml files to do this. tried to edit one but i dont understand all the code.
these are the settings i need:
Name: Picture Messaging
Data Bearer: GPRS
Access Point Name (APN): wap1.iwireless.com
User Name: (blank)
Password: (none)
IP Address: 209.004.229.031
Port: 9201
Homepage: h ttp://mmsc.iwireless.dataonair.net:6672
MMS proxy 209.4.229.31
MMS port 9201
MCC 310
MNC 770
Authentication type: not set
APN type: mms ( make sure it’s all lowercase )

can anyone help?
ps i have done the windows break and have loaded wp7 root tool on phone.
not sure if this is a focus it says its a samsung sgh-I917
os is 7.10.7720.68

Here's a file that I modified for you. I'll be honest though: I don't fully understand all the values in the provxml files. But since nobody has replied I decided to give it my best guess. I can't guarantee that this file won't screw up the settings on your phone. If it does break your data connection then hopefully you should be able to run the Network Profile to clear out your settings and try again. But I'd still proceed with caution since I'm new at this and I can't guarantee what will happen.

Just saw this, trying it now! I tried to make a file 6 times and none of them would work

I tried yours, still no dice.
my authentication is supposed to be "default" or "not set" or "none" (those are what my other phones have in that field), your file has it as "PAP".
i tried your file with that field blank and it still wont work.
should i type in defaultor something there?
