    Hello All! New here and didn't actually know I would be making my first post about an issue. I would rather be posting about how much I have loved my Intrepid.

    My device isn't accepting my password and now I have to wait 1hr + to try again. This only happened because I accidentally turned my phone off then discovered I needed a password. I entered what I recall what it was but now luck. Every time I try again it tacks on more time in between tries. I took it into the Sprint store and they were unable to hard reset my phone.

    Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get around this and reset my phone. I am willing to start from scratch. I was dumbfounded when Sprint didn't even know what to tell me.

    Thank you kindly for any advice.
