So im thinking of getting an unlocked Omnia7 and I want to use it on tmobile USA.
But I've heard that it can't use 3g or 2g speeds on tmobile and I wanted to know if this is true.
    Can anyone help me out?

You will only get 2G out of it, not 3G. To be truthful, 2G isn't bad if you are looking at things like Google News. You won't get streaming video.

    Ok thanks for the info.
You wouldn't happen to know of any unlocked phones that do support 3g on tmobile?

Renigade16, the Samsung Omnia 7 DOES support 3 G (watch the product details here http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-I870...pUvbUpU1601953). It is a great phone with a large screen. Unfortunately it is and will be harder to find one because this is Samsung's G1 (generation one) Windows Phone and it has been replaced by Samsung Omnia W (similar with a smaller screen).
Amazon in the US has this link Amazon.com: samsung 7 and a favorable price of USD 290.
