Thats an import, probably with EU charger and adaptor like Amazon, Expansys and eBay currently.

Obviously the Microsoft store one will not be an 'import' as it will have a US charger, but question still remains on the bands its supports.

It's so silly to buy an unlocked phone for AT&T, IMO. I mean... it's not like T-Mobile where you'd get a discount on your monthly plan. It's just like giving them extra money.
