WPCentral is streaming automatically. Burning through my data!

Hi, occasionally when I start WpCentral the streaming bar comes down without my starting the podcast. It wouldn't bother me except it does it while I am on cellular and I have very limited data. Is there anyway to proactively counteract this?

They only have a popcast on the front page maybe an hour a week/month. To get around it, you could just get your fix of the latest news via the official WPCentral App or an RSS Reader app like Weave.
