I'm sorry to hear that your subscriptions are not working. I've reported the bug to the tech staff for them to investigate.

I use both ways, the app in mobile(Purchased) and desktop pc
When i click in subscribed link just below my profile pic in wpcentral.com,
I see "the folder is currently empty" message and even in "View all subscribed threads" the same message is seen.

Try subscribing to this thread, and see if it shows up. I'm thinking the issue here may be that you're subscribing to forums, not threads?...

Let me know, and if you're using the app we can loop our developer in here to lend a hand :)
