IE 11 fonts too small on WP8.1

Am I the only person having this problem. Like browsing topics here on WPCentral, the fonts are very small on my 920.. And there is no text wrapping which is annoying again..

Changing the font size, I mean increasing it makes the messages and all look so big and weird. Also, it's happening with only WPCentral..

No, it does not. And when I double tap or pinch to zoom, word wrap is broken.

I pretty much require the desktop site on mobile for moderating. Many of the moderator tools aren't available on the mobile site.

Umm.. Sorry actually for sounding noob, but where is the setting for font size. I can only find the setting for reading mode..
