error code 80004004 for the display app

The display app, is not updating and showing the 80004004 error code.... Is their any way to solve this issue, rather than a reset...

Try turning the phone on/off..
Do a soft reset..
If nothing works then consider a hard reset :/

Also this code MIGHT be an 8.1 issue
