How Do I Stop the Constant Notification E-Mails?

I downloaded the Tappatalk (I think that's what it is called) app and immediately began receiving e-mails everytime a new post or thread was started. I've uninstalled the app (and switched back to Windows Phone) since then and it hasn't stopped. I've checked the Settings section in my profile but I can't figure out how to turn this feature off. Can anyone help??

Did you tried from TapaTalk go to settings > notifications and turn them off.
