Just now, while reading the comments on an article, I came across an ad that, probably, would have screwed up my neighbor's computer. She clicks on anything that may look remotely like a message from the computer and I must say I can't blame her. She is in her 60s and doesn't know much. Additionally, the ad pictured below isn't clearly marked as such, so, no way for her to know it isn't a system message.
I am aware of the fact that WC has little control over what ads will be shown. To me, it means even more so that I will aggressively block ads until such a time where website owners have control over the content they're providing, including ads. In my book, it is the duty of website owners to ensure that misleading (and probably harmful) content won't find its way to a visitor's computer.
